Job summary

Foxconn-Pce-Technology in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Power Engineer to own rack-level power deployment, load validation, and electrical failure triage on the production floor. You will ensure pre-designed power subsystems, including 100kW+ power shelves, busbars, PDUs, and voltage regulation systems, are integrated, safely configured, and stress-tested to support high-density AI compute loads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
  • Experience with high-density power architecture and rack-level power distribution is required.
  • Experience with power testing, fault analysis, and safety protocols is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-power dynamic load validation and burn-in testing for AI server/rack systems.
  • Troubleshoot power-related failures in power shelves, busbars, PDUs, and voltage regulation.
  • Configure and validate smart power shelves, PDUs, firmware, telemetry, and monitoring systems.
  • Enforce high-voltage electrical safety procedures during rack integration and testing.
  • Generate technical reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve power reliability and efficiency.
