Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare or supervise financial analyses and valuations.
• Prepare company profiles and acquisition opportunity memoranda.
• Research potential buyers/investors/targets and opportunities.
• Contribute to deal ideas and be involved in all deal phases.
• Perform ad hoc research to support new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal functions to obtain approvals.
