Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams, manage subcontractors, and oversee daily sequencing, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance in dynamic field conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in power/energy, industrial, or utility construction environments.
• Strong safety leadership and ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Clear communication and problem-solving in field conditions.
• OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; electrical safety certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site power and energy construction activities and daily sequencing.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and plan high-risk work.
• Track progress and communicate constraints, risks, and resource needs.
• Drive quality outcomes and inspection readiness through disciplined execution.
