Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in civil, concrete, and structural scopes.

• Lead daily field execution and supervision of assigned work.
• Ensure projects delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget.
• Coordinate self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Develop team members through coaching and accountability.
