Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision in concrete construction including forms, pours, finishing, and sequencing.
• Demonstrated ability to plan work, manage production effectively, and drive safety/quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to hold crews and trade partners accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for concrete work.
• Coordinate crews, formwork, pours, and finishing activities.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Track project progress and communicate risks to schedule or quality.
