Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial development through financial close.
• Manage site negotiations, permitting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee commercial agreements, financing, construction, and operational contracts.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and internal teams.
• Evaluate new development and acquisition opportunities and participate in bid processes.
