Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably automotive.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directing engineers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and features.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Master's degree preferred and knowledge of CAN communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Feature Systems Engineers in Power Enclosures.
• Balance workload and assign features based on capability and priority.
• Guide systems architecture and development from early feature development to production.
• Oversee risk, verification plans, and functional safety assessments.
• Collaborate with product and program teams to negotiate solutions.
• Review designs for cost and quality improvements; communicate with stakeholders.
