Job summary

Johnson Controls is offering a Summer 2027 internship in the Power Electronics Group within Engineering & Product Development. You will gain hands-on experience with power electronics components, circuits, and modules, performing design, testing, and validation tasks in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with experience in power electronics, fluent in English, and capable of writing technical reports and program

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with experience in power electronics.
• Fluent read, write and speak English.
• Ability to write technical documentation including design reports and test reports.
• Ability to prepare program summaries for peer and executive review.
• Strong mathematical and engineering problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical responsible in all aspects of power electronics including components, circuits and modules.
• Component selection and evaluation.
• Circuit design, analysis and debugging.
• Performance testing and evaluation.
• Function verification and validation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly workplace.
• Understand and comply with quality policy and instructions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
