You will work onsite at New Freedom, PA, collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians to deliver robust electrical systems. Responsibilities include defining design specifications, coordinating documentation, and leading troubleshooting of field and factory issues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Electronics specialization.
• 4+ years of industry experience in Power Electronics.
• Willingness to relocate to New Freedom, PA (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and sustain Variable Speed Drives for chiller applications.
• Create compliance procedures for electrical circuitry designs.
• Coordinate the release of documentation to support component design and manufacturing.
• Act as technical lead for troubleshooting field and factory issues on power electronics products and systems.
• Forecast and schedule work activities and define processes for repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians on assignments.
