Job summary

Harbinger seeks an ambitious engineering student to join our power electronics team for an internship focused on electrical design and test projects for EV prototypes. You will work within a small team to gain hands‑on automotive engineering experience, learn vehicle testing processes, and contribute to early product development at a fast‑growing startup.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in analog and power electronics design.
• Experience with high‑voltage automotive systems.
• Hands‑on PCB layout and electronics fabrication.
• Familiar with data acquisition setup and testing.
• Authorized to work in the US or able to obtain visa.
• Enrolled in a Power electronics degree program.

Responsibilities

• Size and design power electronics components for trucks.
• Conduct hands‑on testing and validation of converters.
• Design mixed‑signal PCB per IPC/IEC standards.
• Perform worst‑case circuit analysis.
• Simulate circuits with LTspice and PLECS.
• Collaborate with mechanical team and write reports.
• Present findings at design reviews.
