Job summary

LITEON designs and manufactures high-power hardware solutions and seeks an Electrical Engineer in Seattle to contribute to power electronics hardware design, collaborate across firmware and software teams, and help ensure system reliability. You’ll design, validate, and bring up power hardware while aligning with safety and EMI/EMC requirements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, hands-on debugging, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment with a broad product portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in high-power hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, high-voltage systems, and control hardware.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture, and hardware validation.
• Hands-on lab experience with debugging, validation, and failure analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power electronics circuits for high-power products and power modules.
• Collaborate with firmware and software teams to define hardware interfaces.
• Lead schematic design, PCB layout review, and design verification.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab equipment.
• Support EMI/EMC, safety, and reliability testing and documentation.
