Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience in power electronics design.
• Experience with battery management systems, inverters, charge systems, etc.
• Proficient with Altium Designer schematic capture and PCB layout; familiarity with PCB fab and assembly houses.
• Strong lab skills for power conversion testing using oscilloscopes, impedance analyzers, sources, and loads.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical aspects from design through prototype, validation and manufacturing.
• Detail-level design of tester interfaces for power electronics systems and PCBAs.
• Bring up and testing of systems to validate functionality and optimize performance.
• Collaborate to create efficient test and validation mechanisms for boards and full systems.
• Work with mechanical, thermal, reliability, and firmware teams to optimize the product.
• Debug and troubleshoot down to component level.
