  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing electronic hardware products.
  • Strong expertise in power conversion and power management circuit design.
  • Experience creating high-efficiency power supply solutions.
  • Embedded systems programming experience.
  • Knowledge of FPGA development and implementation.
  • Ability to perform circuit analysis and validation using simulation tools.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical hardware and prototypes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

This is a full-time opportunity for an engineer who enjoys bringing complex electrical designs from concept through manufacturing while working on cutting-edge power conversion and embedded control technologies.

If you're the type of engineer who prefers building and testing real hardware rather than only working on theoretical designs, this role offers significant ownership and technical influence. You'll work in a collaborative environment where engineers are trusted to solve challenging problems, make meaningful design decisions, and contribute throughout the entire product development lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of circuit design, embedded development, simulation, prototyping, and hands‑on laboratory work.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing electronic hardware products
  • Strong expertise in power conversion and power management circuit design
  • Experience creating high-efficiency power supply solutions

  • Familiarity with LTSpice or comparable simulation platforms
  • Background designing motor control, power regulation, or amplifier-based systems
  • Experience supporting designs through production release
  • Familiarity with electrical test methodology and validation processes
  • Comfortable working within a small, highly collaborative engineering team
