Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to join our team full-time. The role focuses on designing and developing advanced power electronics, embedded systems, FPGA/microprocessor-based hardware, and high-performance power supply solutions.

You will own projects from concept through production in a collaborative, hands-on environment, solving complex technical challenges and making a visible impact on product development while expanding

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 3+ years of hardware/electrical design experience.
• Strong background in power electronics.
• Experience designing PWM amplifiers and power supplies.
• Embedded programming experience with microprocessors and/or FPGAs.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice.
• Hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and power analyzers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
