Qualifications

• Hands-on validation testing from established test plans and procedures.
• Experience with Python scripting for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance and validation testing for power electronics and inverter products using approved test plans.
• Verify product compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory standards across development lifecycles.
• Perform hands-on testing in ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory environment with specialized equipment.
• Collect and interpret test data to verify performance and identify deviations.
• Produce detailed test reports and validation records for certification activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware and test failures using root cause analysis.
• Support component-level testing including short-circuit evaluations.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate test execution and data collection.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems teams to resolve issues and improve product性能.
• Continuously improve test methods, automation, and lab processes.
