Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, or related field.
• Interest in lab testing and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Support testing and evaluation of products against global standards for energy storage systems, high-power inverters, converters, and related power electronics equipment.
• Execute product safety testing and support construction reviews per standards and test plans.
• Perform grid interoperability testing, data analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, external labs, and stakeholders to troubleshoot equipment under test and support practical solutions.
• Support test automation using power sources, measurement equipment, load banks, and power conversion systems.
• Assist with test planning, schedule tracking, and project execution.
• Design, build, and use test fixtures and lab setups to support certification and compliance testing.
• Set up test configuration hardware and firmware, execute tests, and post-process results.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase testing efficiency and support certification.
