Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Project Manager for its Power Division in the Watkinsville, GA area. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and managing power-related projects from estimate to closeout, with accountability for safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

You will lead field teams, coordinate with customers and vendors, and help drive project success through effective communication and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the power, industrial, or construction industry.
• Prior superintendent or field leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned power, industrial and construction projects from estimate through closeout.
• Ensure safe execution, schedule, cost, quality, and customer communication on assigned work.
• Promote and enforce safe work practices and comply with safety policies and regulations.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, staffing, and budget; maintain a project plan and cost forecast.
• Coordinate design support and review drawings and submittals for completeness and constructability.
• Direct and coordinate field personnel and subcontractors; communicate priorities and address issues promptly.
• Track and report safety, schedule, cost, productivity, quality, risk, and change status; propose corrective actions.
• Manage pricing changes with management approval before commitments outside authority.
• Oversee project-level profit and loss, cost coding, billing support, and final reconciliation.
• Complete closeout with customer acceptance, quality records, and lessons learned.
