Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years minimum electrical industry experience in estimating, proposal writing, or power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical, commercial, and pricing proposals for the Central Region, including quotations and submittals.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial resource for internal and external stakeholders, providing application support and proposal guidance to drive sales growth.
• Develop innovative, customer-focused solutions addressing project requirements and customer value.
• Collaborate with divisions, facilities, suppliers, and service teams to deliver integrated engineering services solutions.
• Provide technical consultation through customer interactions and site visits to gather project requirements and develop accurate proposal recommendations.
• Monitor and report proposal activity, pipeline metrics, and win rates to support planning and improvements.
