Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 3+ years hands-on project management experience, including contract management and P&L responsibility.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project proficiency.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout in a dynamic, matrix-style organization.
• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of assigned project(s).
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.
• Direct diagnostics with ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.
