Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Power Distribution Application Engineer to support purchasing and technical activities for distribution equipment. You will align with engineering and project teams to standardize equipment selection, help manage project costs, and support timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in installing Power Distribution Equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of switch gear, MCCs, transformers, panel boards, and switch boards.
• Medium Voltage experience would be ideal.
• Experience in a project estimating role would also be a plus.
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with technical leadership in purchasing activities related to power distribution (switchgear, generators, MCCs).
• Drive project and customer value in equipment selection with the project team.
• Coordinate with estimating to ensure accurate power distribution equipment pricing in Faith bids.
• Contribute to targets: product cost, project cost, quality and time-to-market while following purchasing processes.
• Promote supply chain efficiency, standardization, and supplier involvement.
• Assess possible uses of Excellerate with power distribution equipment and work with engineering to standardize design packages.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, purchasing and operations to deliver value.
