Job summary

Selectek is seeking an experienced Power Distribution Designer to draft, design, and support distribution power facilities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role includes field data collection and site visits to ensure safe, cost-efficient designs.

The designer will prepare drawings, manage material lists, and work with client teams to meet project milestones while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in engineering technology or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of power distribution drafting/design experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare construction drawings

Responsibilities

• Prepare project packages with material lists, requisitions, and drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specs
• Make engineering calculations and collect field data
• Coordinate with field personnel and clients on projects
