The role emphasizes field surveys, adherence to construction standards, detailed design work, permitting support, and clear communication with project stakeholders to ensure quality and client confidence. Candidates should have an associate degree and experience in distribution design.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field.
• Experience in electric power distribution design.
• Experience with GIS, STORMS, or other work management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field surveys of distribution facilities.
• Apply utility construction standards and requirements.
• Produce detailed distribution designs.
• Create civil engineering profiles of underground facilities.
• Support permitting and easement processes.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout projects.
• Represent the firm professionally to clients.
