WSP USA invites motivated Civil Engineering students to join our Power and Energy Team as a Full‑Time Power Distribution Engineering Intern in the Cottonwood Heights, UT area, with Meridan, ID also considered. This 12‑week summer internship starts May 17, 2027, for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Civil Engineering program.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering or related undergraduate or graduate program.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Interest in Civil Engineering and related projects.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with engineers and non-engineers.
• Capable of taking direction from mentors and managers to execute projects.
• Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects in the Power and Energy Team.
• Support senior staff on assigned engineering tasks.
• Document technical work and prepare basic reports.
