• Directs and manages day-to-day administrative/management activities of the Power Desk Control Office, including labor relations, overtime budgeting, and reporting.
• Manages track access for right-of-way maintenance and construction, ensuring policies are followed.
• Oversees repair, maintenance and support for electrical power systems and equipment in malfunctions.
• Coordinates with MICC leadership and other offices on power-related issues and corrective actions.
• Develops and modifies rail maintenance procedures for safe, efficient power management.
