CobbFendley in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Power Delivery Technician to join our office. You will support project managers and designers, using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and related tools to prepare construction drawings and base drawings from survey data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in design, engineering, surveying or related discipline (Drafting, Civil Design, or AutoCAD/Civil 3D/MicroStation/OpenRoads).

Responsibilities

• Plan production and support project managers with technical design tasks.
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, ArcGIS to prepare drawings from survey data.
• Develop rough sketches and final construction drawings from provided data.
• Interpret survey notes, utility records, and civil plans to create base drawings.
• Perform basic calculations and assist with data collection and reporting.
