Join to apply for the Power Delivery Project Manager (Remote) role at POWER Engineers.

POWER Engineers, a member of WSP, is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery Project Management team. The successful candidate will manage technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, develop client relationships, and market our services. This role is flexible with remote work options, preferably in the Midwest/South Central regions, with occasional travel to client offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote company culture and manage relationships
• Oversee project reporting, invoicing, and receivables
• Collaborate on project execution and proposals
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Maintain schedules, lead meetings, oversee budgets, and manage client relationships
• Work primarily with Power Delivery teams, with some interdisciplinary interaction
• Travel regionally as needed
• Demonstrate skills in CPM scheduling, budgeting, team leadership, proposal writing, and client marketing

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (Electrical, Civil, Structural) or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of project management tools and processes
• Understanding of power delivery infrastructure
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 10 years of project leadership in electrical utility projects
• Experience with large-scale projects and complex electrical systems
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Consulting experience (preferred)
• Regional utility familiarity in Midwest/South Central
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration (desired)
