The Power Delivery Project Manager (Remote) position at POWER Engineers, a member of WSP, involves managing technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, developing client relationships, and marketing services. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with preference for candidates in the Midwest/South Central regions. Occasional travel to POWER or client offices may be required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote company culture and manage relationships
• Oversee project status, invoicing, and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with design teams and develop proposals
• Provide leadership and mentorship
• Develop schedules, lead meetings, oversee budgets, and manage client relationships
• Work mainly with Power Delivery teams, interfacing with other disciplines as needed
• Travel within the region may be required
• Demonstrate skills in CPM scheduling, budgeting, team leadership, proposal writing, and client marketing

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university
• At least 8 years of applicable industry experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of project management processes and power delivery infrastructure
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• 10+ years leading electrical projects in utility environments
• Experience with large-scale projects and project management certifications like PMP
• Familiarity with regional utilities in Midwest or South Central
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desirable
