Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical engineering, design, and management of Power Delivery projects.
• P.E. license in the state of applying.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience, with proposal writing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for the Power Delivery practice with growth in mind.
• Lead business development to win new work and expand market presence.
• Supervise and mentor staff, ensure project profitability and timely delivery.
• Prepare design documents, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Maintain high-quality client service and strategic partnerships.
