Qualifications

• 12+ years of diversified structural engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; ability to produce drawings and details.
• Experience with structural analysis/design software such as STAAD, RAM, ETABS, MathCAD, TEDDS, ADAPT PT.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects profitably and write proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the Building Structures practice in Saint Paul, MN.
• Define and execute the vision for the Building Structures practice with sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and win work through business development.
• Supervise Building Structures design projects, providing technical oversight and quality control.
