Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6–10+ years managing utility, energy, or data center programs.
• Strong knowledge of electric transmission, interconnection, substations, and tariffs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory inputs into action plans and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility, transmission, generation, and power-delivery workstreams from development through interconnection and energization.
• Manage relationships, deliverables, and open issues across utilities, contractors, consultants, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and critical-path dependencies across multiple projects.
• Support energy interconnection activities, procurement, commissioning, and service-readiness.
• Negotiate, execute, and administer utility, energy, and infrastructure agreements.
• Track obligations, deliverables, collateral, notices, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate technical, legal, commercial, finance, procurement, construction, and operations teams to align efforts.
• Prepare leadership updates and executive summaries on energization risks, costs, and requirements.
• Lead energy procurement programs, pricing analyses, and market assessments.
• Monitor regulatory, tariff, and ISO/RTO requirements affecting project delivery.
