Job summary

Montera is hiring a Manager, Power Delivery to advance our path-to-power strategy across development, construction, energization, and operations. You’ll coordinate utility infrastructure, schedules, commercial agreements, market analysis, and cross-functional execution to keep risks manageable and milestones aligned with commitments.

The ideal candidate brings program-management discipline, utility market knowledge, and the ability to translate technical and regulatory inputs into action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience managing utility, energy, power infrastructure, or data center programs.
• Ability to translate technical, legal, regulatory, and financial inputs into clear action plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership-facing updates.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility, transmission, generation and power-delivery workstreams from development through energization.
• Manage relationships across utilities, contractors, consultants, suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and critical-path dependencies.
• Coordinate interconnection, substation, transmission, distribution, procurement and commissioning activities.
• Negotiate, execute and administer utility, energy, and infrastructure agreements.
• Track obligations, milestones, collateral, notices, reporting and internal ownership.
• Prepare leadership updates on power delivery status, energization risks, and required decisions.
• Support energy strategy, market analysis, and procurement activities.
