Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Operations Team in the energy and data center power sector. You will support project execution across EPC activities, from engineering through procurement to construction, ensuring accurate documents and timely reports.

The role requires 5+ years of coordination experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project). A bachelor/associate degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination/administrative support experience.
• Experience in power generation or construction projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation with accurate records.
• Prepare and distribute project reports and meeting minutes.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Support budget monitoring and basic variance analysis.
• Organize meetings and track action items to closure.
