LCEC in North Fort Myers, FL seeks a Coordinator/PM for Construction & Maintenance to lead power distribution and vegetation projects. You will coordinate contractor work, supervise crews, and manage inspections and outages with emphasis on safety and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include bid support, contract compliance, and storm restoration readiness—often requiring long hours and on-call duty in a dynamic utility environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) and ten years’ related experience.
• Associate's Degree plus five years’ related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree plus two years’ related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree BA/BS/EE in engineering, business administration, or related field plus two years’ related experience (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate contractor construction/maintenance of transmission and distribution facilities.
• Maintain construction/maintenance programs and procedures.
• Perform inspections including aerial, mid-cycle and vegetation inspections.
• Perform outage investigations.
• Supervise LCEC employees and contractors in construction/maintenance/vegetation work.
• Process work orders and coordinate project plans and scheduling for large projects.
