LCEC is seeking an Operations Scheduler in North Fort Myers, FL. This role supports scheduling for construction and maintenance, responds to after-hours calls, and coordinates with crews to ensure timely work completion.

Ideal candidates have clerical experience, strong MS Office skills, and a valid Florida driver’s license. The position includes an on-site, day-shift schedule with storm duty potential and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• College or technical courses in a related field (Preferred).
• 2+ years clerical experience in a customer service-related area (Required).
• Experience with MS Office and related software (Required).
• Must possess 811 (Exactix) call system within 60 days of hire and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly scheduling plans for construction, maintenance, and service requests.
• Maintain department calendar and ensure timely execution of work orders.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate issues as needed; provide guidance to customers/matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors for scheduling and on-call coverage.
• Support after-hours call-out system and storm restoration activities.
