Position Overview:
Holman, a Computerworld 2024 “Best Places to Work in IT” company is hiring an experienced technical lead with strong knowledge of Power BI to shape the future of data analytics by developing a comprehensive roadmap for Power BI adoption, creating best practices and architectural standards, and resolving any technical challenges related to Power BI. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert who can design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business needs and serve as the technical authority for Power BI development across the organization. This is a hands-on role that will work closely with the data engineering team (without performing data engineering tasks) and provide leadership on the technical side of report/dashboard creation, data modeling, and semantic layer development.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
