PCI Professional Services is seeking a Management Consultant - Data Analytics to support a federal health client in Washington, D.C. This hybrid role will deliver data-driven insights, executive reporting, dashboard development, and strategic decision support.

The ideal candidate will design and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics products, translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with program managers, communications specialists, and client leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related consulting.
• Proven experience building dashboards with Power BI and presentingInsights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Create executive reports, briefings, and dashboards for leadership.
• Validate data quality and perform data cleansing as needed.
• Develop data models, visuals, and analytical products communicating insights.
• Document data sources, rules, and reporting methodologies.
