Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Power BI Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise Power BI platform. The role focuses on governance, data modeling, and delivering reliable BI services across healthcare and supply chain domains.

You will collaborate with SAP BW and Snowflake teams, automate tasks with PowerShell, and support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with gateways, RLS, and performance tuning to

Qualifications

Experience administering Power BI Service and Premium capacity.
Hands-on with Gateways, datasets, reports, and workspaces.
Strong DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of RLS and governance.
Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD and Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
Snowflake and SAP BW experience.
PowerShell automation and REST API usage.
Healthcare domain familiarity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Power BI Service, Premium Capacity, workspaces, datasets, and reports.
Manage Power BI Gateways and ensure secure, reliable data connectivity.
Monitor platform health, capacity, refresh schedules, and performance.
Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot refresh failures, gateway issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Optimize datasets, data models, DAX queries, and report performance.
Implement Power BI governance, security, and compliance standards.
Support healthcare data governance and regulatory requirements.
Work with SAP BW and Snowflake data environments.
Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power BI REST APIs.
Prepare platform usage, capacity, SLA, and governance reports.
