Job summary

You will work with business stakeholders to define KPIs, data needs, and report structure, validate solutions with user acceptance, and collaborate with BI and Data Analytics teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, reporting, or application development.
• Proficiency in Power BI report development and DAX.
• Hands-on experience with K2 SmartForms or Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Participate in requirements discovery with stakeholders to define KPIs and data needs.
• Publish reports after user acceptance and iterative feedback.
• Follow naming conventions and governance standards.
• Monitor reports for performance and data quality.
• Develop and maintain K2 SmartForms front ends and integrate with SQL sources.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Analytics teams on intake and timelines.
• Support testing, deployment, and user guides.
• Serve as a BI and Applications team representative for day-to-day requests.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reports and workflows from usage data.
• Assist training and onboarding of business users.
• Communicate project status and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure alignment with datasets and governance.
• Document metrics and report inventories.
