Job summary

Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft technologies in data analytics.

Responsibilities

Data analytics and reporting.
Monitor and maintain the IT helpdesk.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with IT-related queries and issues.
Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference and training.
Assist in planning and execution of IT projects to improve business technology.
