Job summary

J&O Plastics is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Systems Engineer, you will manage data analytics with Power BI, support the IT infrastructure, and assist end users to maintain a reliable technology environment.

You will monitor the IT helpdesk, maintain computer systems and networks for optimal performance, document IT processes, and participate in IT projects to improve our manufacturing operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, computer systems, networks, and telecommunications.
• Experience in a Microsoft environment with a focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft technologies for data analytics.
