What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide HRIS support for system issues, technical troubleshooting, and data cleanup initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams on system enhancements, process improvements, and data governance
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring quarterly updates and data accuracy
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR systems and processes
- Provide ad hoc HR analysis and reporting support using Power BI, DAX, and SQL
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, including HRIS support
- Minimum 2 years of experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred; Workday a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development
- Proficiency in DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and KPIs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
