Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of FP&A, business finance, or financial analytics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior partners across functions.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; capable of clear presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AUM, revenue, and cost of revenue budgets for business line partners.
• Build and maintain driver-based forecasts for net flows with partner input.
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Power BI for real-time performance visibility.
• Prepare materials for leadership and external stakeholders translating data into insights.
