Job summary

Columbus Technologies and Services in Pasadena seeks an Enterprise Reporting Specialist to administer NASA OSI/FRED Power BI reporting, building dashboards, and KPIs while enforcing secure data access. You will manage data gateways, perform upgrades, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in enterprise reporting, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and experience with data modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• 6+ years in Enterprise Asset Management Reporting and/or Power BI reporting.
• Experience with application security and RBAC.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer NASA's OSI/FRED Power BI Enterprise Reporting Platform.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for strategic decisions.
• Ensure secure data access with Row- and Column-Level Security.
• Maintain reporting infra, data gateways, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and train users.
