Job summary

Randstad Digital in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Power BI Developer (Contract) to design, build, secure, and operate analytics on Power BI and Azure Synapse to deliver trusted insights from the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities include semantic modeling, DAX measures, advanced Power BI visuals, governance, security, and deployment using DevOps pipelines. Requires CJIS/HIPAA-aligned controls and collaboration with data owners and engineers. Typical work hours 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• Five years in BI/analytics with three years in enterprise Power BI.
• Expert DAX and Power Query/M, strong SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design star schema tabular models for Silver/Gold datasets.
• Develop performant DAX measures and KPIs for enterprise reporting.
• Build accessible Power BI reports/dashboards with drill-through and bookmarks.
• Implement Power Query/M transformations and data lineage standards.
• Support paginated reporting to meet regulatory or operational needs.
