Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

• Experience in reporting and analytics development in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven collaboration with Operations, IT, Finance and Supply Chain leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain procurement reporting, dashboards, and analytics; ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and manage recurring reports tracking purchasing activity and compliance.
• Partner with IT and Finance to improve data quality, automation, and system controls.
• Support the Supply Chain governance framework; review metrics, trends, and performance.
• Identify process gaps and operational risks; escalate findings and drive corrective actions.
• Track adherence to Supply Chain policies; identify locations needing training.
• Collaborate with Operations and Training to implement updated policies and procedures.
• Use data trends to flag retraining opportunities and clarify processes.
• Document operational processes, internal controls, and standard work.
