The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI standardization, EVM reporting, and integration of PMIS platforms like e-Builder, Procore, and Primavera P6 to support accurate forecasting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, reporting, and data analytics on large-scale capital projects.
• Hands-on experience building interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with data modeling and transformation.
• Strong data analytics to translate project data into actionable insights for technical teams and executives.
• Ability to collaborate with cost controls, project management, scheduling and PMIS teams to define KPIs.
• Knowledge of cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management (EVM) practices.
• Familiarity with scheduling concepts and PMIS/scheduling platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cost controls, project management, scheduling, and PMIS teams to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards for cost, schedule, and performance visibility.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy.
• Standardize reporting templates, KPI definitions, and data models across projects.
• Integrate data from PMIS platforms (e-Builder, Procore, Primavera P6) into unified automated reports.
• Translate project data into executive summaries and client deliverables for PMO.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, and EVM reporting with dashboard-ready data.

Education
