US Conec, Ltd. is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to transform data from ERP systems into actionable insights across Manufacturing and Procurement. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and IT to improve efficiency and support strategic decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to develop KPIs and dashboards that drive performance. A Bachelor's degree and experience with ERP data are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, or a similar BI role.
• Experience with ERP data and KPIs for manufacturing and procurement.
• Strong communication to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supplier data from ERP systems.
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as production efficiency and schedule attainment.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive improvements.
