Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in North Carolina seeks an Operations Data Analyst to transform data into actionable business insights across Manufacturing and Procurement.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and IT to enhance efficiency through data-driven analysis and reporting. The role emphasizes KPI development, forecasting, and building dashboards with Power BI and ERP reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, manufacturing analytics, procurement analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex data analysis functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain data from ERP systems and other business applications to support objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, schedule attainment, inventory, supplier delivery, material availability, and scrap reduction.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities in manufacturing and procurement processes.
• Evaluate production schedules, capacity utilization, labor productivity, and equipment performance to support planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability to balance service and investment.
• Assess supplier performance through quality, delivery, lead times, cost, and other metrics.
• Support procurement through spend analysis, sourcing insights, supplier scorecards, and reporting trends.
• Develop forecasting models for inventory demand, production capacity, and procurement planning.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, ERP tools, and BI platforms.
• Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting for multiple teams and executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
