Job summary

UNICEF invites applications for an Assurance Mapping and Data Analytics Consultant in New York. The role focuses on strengthening OIAI’s data analytics and BI capabilities, developing automated analytical tools, and enhancing the assurance mapping model using Power BI or similar technology.

The consultant will deliver semi-automated analytical products, including visualization and data integration, within a temporary period.

Qualifications

• Secondary/high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot.
• Advanced Excel, data structuring and analysis.
• Experience handling large or complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen OIAI’s data analytics and BI capabilities with a semi-automated or automated approach.
• Develop automated analytical solutions and dashboards to support assurance mapping and audit analytics.
• Maintain and enhance the existing Excel-based assurance map and integrate data for analytics.
