Job summary

UNICEF is seeking an Assurance Mapping and Data Analytics Consultant in New York to strengthen OIAI’s analytics. The role develops semi-automated assurance mapping and BI solutions, integrates data from multiple sources, and supports audit planning and reporting.

You will maintain and automate the assurance map, produce dashboards, document processes, and ensure handover of developed solutions within a defined consultancy period.

Qualifications

• Secondary/high school diploma or equivalent with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
• Analytical foundation in data analytics, BI, economics or related field.
• At least two years in data analytics, BI, data visualization or related areas.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; ability to build dashboards and automate analyses.
• Fluency in English; experience with Python/SQL or data automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen OIAI’s data analytics and assurance mapping capabilities.
• Develop a dynamic analytical solution (Power BI or similar) for assurance coverage data.
• Maintain Excel-based assurance map, integrate data, and hand over solutions.
